Last month's campout at Honey Bear in Oregon was very well attended. There were a total of 16 rigs present to enjoy the sunshine, sea air, and marvelous German cooking at the RV park's restaurant. A good time was had by all.This month we are looking forward to a new destination for our club. The August campout will be at the WaterWheel Campground in Chiloquin, Oregon. We always try to find at least a couple of new places to visit during the camping season, and this one seems to be very promising. Water Wheel is located right on the Williamson River and they even have a private island for campfires and get-togethers. There is plenty to do in the area...fishing, kayaking, hiking, swimming.....and if that's not enough....,there is the Klamoya Casino just a few miles up the road from the park. The flyer for the campout is in this issue of the Beep Beep. This is a no host campout. If you are interested in attending, call Glen Hadfield at 842-7656.

Friday, August 22nd- Arrive & set up. Cocktails at 4:30 PM.    Dinner on your own. Several good restaurants in the    area.

Saturday, August 23rd- Potluck breakfast at 9:00 AM. Bring    a dish to share. Meeting following breakfast. Don't     forget to bring your raffle items!  4:30 PM- Cocktails, 6:00 PM -Potluck dinner. Bring a dish to share.

Sunday, August 24th- Breakfast on your own. Pack up to     leave.

Our August campout is scheduled for the
weekend of August 22-24. Our destination
this month is a new one. We are headed
for Water Wheel RV Park in Chiloquin, OR.
The park is located right on the Williamson
River and is just a few miles south of the
Klamoya Casino. The area offers fishing,
kayaking, swimming and more. This is a
NO-HOST campout, and we have 15
spaces reserved. If you would like to join
us, call club president Glen Hadfield at

Fishing, kayaking, hiking, swimming, gambling if you like, or just lie back and relax!
